Judy Yeo

About me

"I’m Judy, a retired senior finance leader with 45 years of experience in finance, accounting and corporate management, including more than 25 years in senior leadership roles. I was a Financial Controller in a Singapore-based oil and gas joint venture, where I led finance, accounting and information services, and was also responsible for compliance, company secretarial matters, corporate governance and joint venture partnerships. Earlier in my career, I held a regional finance role with a US multinational, overseeing operations across Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Since retiring, I have focused on mentoring and career advisory work. I hope to share practical insights from my experience to help young people navigate career choices, build confidence, develop leadership skills and prepare for growth opportunities. I particularly enjoy supporting those who are exploring careers in finance, accounting and business leadership."
