About me

"I am Limin, a Senior Principal Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience specializing in geriatric rehabilitation and community health. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles across Singapore’s healthcare landscape, from establishing Rehabilitation Centers of Excellence to leading Allied Health teams at NTUC Health, Methodist Welfare Services and Vanguard Healthcare. My work is deeply rooted in evidence-based practice and national strategy, including contributions to the MOH National One Rehab Strategies and community preventative programs. As an educator and clinical supervisor, I am passionate about nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. I can support mentees in navigating career pathways within Allied Health, developing clinical leadership, and implementing quality improvement projects in eldercare. I look forward to sharing strategic insights on fostering healthy aging and building resilient, outcome-based geriatric care services."
