"Sean Pea is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), where he leads the strategic cybersecurity vision to protect Singapore’s corporate and accounting regulatory mission. With over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, Sean has successfully transitioned from technical roles in threat hunting and AI-driven defense—at organizations including CSIT and Darktrace—to executive leadership. A certified penetration tester with a Master’s degree in Infocomm Security, he brings a rigorous technical foundation to his strategic focus on organizational resilience. Sean is deeply committed to talent development and mentorship. He actively contributes to several industry-led initiatives, guiding students and young professionals through the critical transition from academia to a professional career. He believes that a strong, resilient defense is built on the people who operate it, and he is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders."
