Through Sheens Consulting, my team and I offer tailored one-on-one coaching and group training, drawing on my expertise in image consulting, life coaching, maternity coaching, and mental well-being. As a certified Image Consultant and a member of the International Coaching Federation, Singapore Chapter, I’m dedicated to helping clients build confidence, clarity, and resilience. Beyond Sheens Consulting, I founded Getting to Happy™, a mental health movement promoting happiness and well-being through evidence-based practices. With a focus on inspiring young people, Getting to Happy™ partners with schools, individuals, and corporations across Singapore. I’m passionate about mentoring and actively give back through organisations like the Halogen Foundation and MentorSG, guiding students and conducting group training. Before launching Sheens Consulting in 2008, my career spanned executive search and recruitment in banking across New Delhi and Singapore. I also founded House of Sheens, a boutique handbag label that provided mentorship and internships for design students. As a contributing columnist for Tatler Singapore and Her World Magazine, I write about mental well-being and happiness. My insights have also been featured in The South China Morning Post, Bloomberg, The Straits Times, and various podcasts and radio shows. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with institutions like London Business School, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and National University of Singapore, as well as top financial institutions and companies including OCBC Bank, BNP Paribas, Dyson, and Chope.""
