About me

"I am a banking professional with experience across relationship management, business development and strategy, currently leading a segment within the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) space. I work with a diverse range of financial institutions and fintech clients, where understanding their businesses, identifying needs and connecting the dots to create opportunities are key parts of my role. What I enjoy most is working with people and building genuine, long-term relationships. Over the years, many client relationships have grown beyond individual transactions into trusted partnerships and friendships. I hope to share practical perspectives with mentees on navigating a career in banking, client engagement, stakeholder management, communication and building meaningful professional relationships. Outside of work, I am actively involved in community service, which has also shaped my approach to leadership, collaboration and working with people from diverse backgrounds."
