Designed for secondary and tertiary youths, this interactive, hands-on workshop helps you explore your unique mix of interests, skills, and aspirations so you can make confident decisions about your career future. You’ll discover your personal RIASEC career code, find out what skills you enjoy using most through a Skills Sort Activity, and map out possible education and career pathways that fit you best. You will also learn how to apply the STARL framework to highlight your strengths and achievements to build your personal resume.

At the end of this programme, you will gain deeper self-awareness, career clarity, and a personalised resume that sets you up for success in your next education or job opportunity.
