S.Y.N.C. Mentorship

S.Y.N.C is a 5-week mentorship programme designed to give aspiring music professionals a real-world understanding of the music industry – both onstage and behind the scenes. Participants will choose between 2 specialisation tracks:

1. Labels Track: Focused on the business and operational side of the music industry, this track offers hands-on exposure to Artist & Rapporteur (A&R), Marketing, Branding, Release planning, Project management, and Live event production. Mentees will learn how labels support artists, build campaigns, and bring music projects to life.
2. Artist Track: Designed for aspiring artists, this track guides participants through the realities of being a working musician – from artistic identity and songwriting to performance skills, branding, and navigating the industry sustainably.

Across 5 weeks, mentees from both tracks will work closely with industry professionals, learning from their real-life experiences and insights. The programme culminates in a final showcase, fully planned, executed, and performed by the participants of S.Y.N.C.
