Li Sar’s career has been driven by a deep belief that businesses can be powerful forces for good - first through driving purpose and CSR in the banking sector, and today through advancing practical solutions to climate and resource challenges with a major retailer. 


She is passionate about turning sustainability ambitions into real-world action by working with organisations, suppliers and communities to reduce environmental impact and encourage more responsible consumption. 


As a mother of three young children, Li Sar is personally motivated by the hope that the choices we make today will create a healthier, more resilient planet for the next generation.


Ivie Sim

Regional Sustainability Manager

Ivie has over 12 years of experience in sustainability across corporate reporting, property and real estate, logistics and transport sector. She specialises in sustainable buildings and believes in adopting a data-driven approach in achieving sustainable outcomes.


As the Regional Sustainability Manager for at DHL’s Corporate Real Estate division, Ivie is responsible for leading the sustainable buildings and energy management initiatives to decarbonise their operations, warehouses and offices across the Asia Pacific region.


She is passionate in sharing her knowledge and experience in sustainability, engineering and the built environment through volunteering and mentoring youths and students in Singapore.


Md. Ibnur Rashad

Sustainability Inventor

Ibnur is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GUILD Asia. With over 17 years of experience in sustainability, innovation and strategy, he has worked across public, private, and community sectors on initiatives spanning design thinking, social entrepreneurship, and futures thinking.


A strong advocate for STEAM education and sustainable innovation, he has co-founded initiatives such as Energy Carta and Econotion to promote sustainability awareness. His work has received international recognition, including awards at global invention shows for his inventions such as the iBam bamboo speaker and Floating Chinampa modular farms.
