Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) instructors are outdoor specialists who conduct outdoor experiential courses for participants such as Secondary 3 students and working adults.

Description

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
  • Facilitate meaningful learning experiences for participants.
  • Stay on-site for the course duration which ranges from 5 to 25 days.
  • Inspect and maintain training facilities and equipment.
  • Remain on standby to conduct courses.

Entry requirements

  • Complete a 3-day, 2-night Instructor Selection Process, followed by a final interview if successful.
  • You must be physically fit without serious medical conditions, verified with a mandatory health check-up.
  • Background in sports or outdoor education is advantageous.
