    After gaining experience, Army Combat Specialists will get promoted to Warrant Officers. This is when they start taking up the roles and responsibilities of an Officer.
  • How long is the training phase?
    Like any Soldier, Army Combat Specialists must undergo Basic Military Training (BMT) for 9 weeks. If their BMI exceeds the requirement or they do not pass their Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT), they will undergo another 10 weeks. Afterwards, they will be posted to Specialist Cadet School (SCS) to train for another 6 months.
