  • Assist in research and development of machines and mechanical parts.

  • Ensure that designs and finished work meet rules and regulations.
  • Quantify costs of materials and labour needed for manufacture and installation to help companies make informed decisions regarding project feasibility and resource allocation.
  • Design and install new and modified mechanical tools or machinery.
  • Monitor technical areas of manufacture, maintenance and repair of machines to optimise the overall efficiency of mechanical systems.
