Micro-Job Taster: Open Office Day with PCF Sparkle Care

Embark on an immersive journey through the vibrant world of community care with professionals from PCF Sparkle Care, a community-based eldercare service provider with a wide range of services for seniors and career opportunities for those of you seeking to make a positive difference! Observe the organisation's daily routines and connect with experienced professionals, who will act as "Flash Mentors" to provide insights into their career trajectories and the impact of their work.

In this half-day experience, youths can expect to:

1. Journey through the World of Community Care. Gain an overview of the Eldercare sector and the role Sparkle Care plays in supporting Healthy Ageing in Place.
2. Bite-sized Job Taster Trail. Take a walk with Sparkle Care professionals to observe, learn and participate in the daily operations and job roles in the Active Ageing, Day Care and Rehab Care settings.
3. Flash Mentoring: Kopi Convos with Professionals. Get up close and hear from these community care professionals on their day to day life in the career over a cup of coffee or tea.

This experience is suitable for those who are:

• Singaporean/PR
• Interested about engaging with and caring for seniors
• Looking to understand more about the highlights and challenges of being in the Care sector
