Micro-job Taster: Inside Community & Religious Engagement
About this programme
Step into the world of public service where relationships, trust, and coordination shape how our diverse communities live and work together.
Go behind the scenes with officers from the Community Relations and Engagment Division (CRED) to experience how public officers engage religious communities and design events that strengthen social cohesion during Racial and Religious Harmony Month. If you’ve ever wondered what meaningful work in government looks like on the ground, this is your chance to try it for yourself.
Programme Highlights
- Day 1 [Mandatory]: Learning journey to diverse places of worship
- Day 2 [Optional - Limited slots]: Job shadowing at a key national-level event to launch Racial and Religious Harmony Month
Note: Participants can choose to only attend Day 1. But if you wish to participate in Day 2, you will need to attend Day 1.
Images may be captured during the event using film photography, digital photography, video or other medium and may be used on the website.
