In this workshop, you’ll learn how to be the kind of friend people can count on. Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, you’ll build cool models, share stories, and discover what your communication style says about you and how others think too! You’ll also pick up real skills like empathy, active listening, and how to respond when someone comes to you with a problem. Through hands-on challenges and mini mentoring scenarios, you’ll learn simple ways to guide your peers with confidence. Most importantly, you’ll meet awesome people, make new connections, and have fun building a supportive community together.


By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand What Peer Mentoring Is
  2. Use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to explore mentoring through hands-on creative building activities
  3. Discover different communication styles and their impact through DISC Personality types
  4. Develop Empathy & Active Listening Skills
  5. Explore mentoring scenarios and learn techniques to guide peers through challenges safely and effectively.
  6. Connect with like-minded youth and build a community of supportive mentors.
