Artbox Youth – Ask-Me-Anything sessions with professionals
Artbox Youth is a dedicated initiative developed in collaboration with the National Youth Council (NYC) to empower young talent and open pathways into the creative industries through hands-on, real-world experiences. This is Artbox Youth’s flash mentoring segment—designed as intimate Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) conversations where youths can access candid, practical advice from industry practitioners and popular creators.
Participants will join mentors in small-group sessions to ask targeted questions about creative direction, career pathways, portfolio-building, business fundamentals, and what it really takes to build sustainable careers in the creator economy. Sessions are short, focused, and personalised—so participants leave with concrete next steps they can act on immediately.

Zermatt Neo is a Singapore-based content creator and competitive eater best known for high-energy food challenges and travel/food content. He has built a massive digital audience—his YouTube channel is at ~3.7M subscribers and he has ~2M followers on Instagram—and is recognised for the discipline behind his craft, drawing on a background as a personal trainer with nutrition training to sustain performance while staying fit. Zermatt brings a practical, creator-native perspective on idea selection, audience retention, consistency, and turning content into a sustainable career.

Jayce Tham is the Co-Founder and Chief Businesswoman of CreativesAtWork and DEAR.AI, Singapore’s first generative AI content studio. Since 2012, she has bridged the gap between top-tier creative talent and brands, managing a curated network of over 1,500 freelancers. She is known for helping brands and teams deliver quality creative output by matching the right talent to the right brief—while also advocating for freelancer development and the future of work in the creative economy. Today, she sits at the leading edge of the creative economy, championing responsible AI integration to develop new business models and AI-enabled content strategies that empower both creators and businesses in the GenAI era.

Haris Ahmad is the co-founder of Kulon Bakmi, a modern Indonesian noodle concept in Singapore that reimagines the beloved bakmi through a contemporary lens.
He began his F&B journey from a humble stall called Indo Java, before growing it into multiple concepts under the Kulon brand family, including Ono Ramen and Harko Coffee. Beyond his businesses, he currently serves as the President of Rasa Indonesia Singapura, an initiative by Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade, endorsed by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Singapore. Rasa Indonesia Singapura champions Indonesian F&B brands in Singapore, creating platforms for collaboration, market expansion, and stronger cultural presence through food.
Haris was recognised on Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia for his work in shaping and scaling these brands.

Hasyna Neo is the founder of The WoW Movement, a Singapore-based initiative that brings together youths, creatives and active seniors through character-led experiences that spark civic imagination and shared identity. With a background in branding and storytelling, she gathers mascots not as mere icons, but as living platforms for connection—creating narratives, touchpoints and participatory moments that strengthen belonging and invite people to collaborate. Her work sits at the intersection of community-building, creative placemaking and youth engagement, showing how characters can be activated to inspire creativity, social connection and positive action.

Nison Chan is the Community and Partnerships Lead at e27 (Optimatic), where he helps connect startups, investors and corporates across Southeast Asia through ecosystem partnerships, community-building and flagship programmes (including e27’s events and platforms). He works closely with founders and operators on go-to-market visibility, strategic collaborations, and how to build relationships that compound over time in the startup ecosystem.

Jaze Phua is a Singapore-based filmmaker and creator known for producing high-impact, viral short-form videos that blend storytelling with cinematic execution. He rose to prominence through creative online challenges (including a viral Naruto-inspired “Mirror Run Challenge”) and has created parody and VFX-led content that gained international attention. Today, he also builds at the intersection of content, creative entrepreneurship, and AI-powered production, and is the founder/creative lead behind ventures such as Virality Group and Dear.AI, where he explores next-generation creator workflows and tools.

Lester Lim (aka @lesdoublewood) is a Singapore-based visual artist, creative director and art toy designer, best known as the creator of JELILO, his signature collectible character universe. After many years working in branding and advertising, leading creative teams and winning international awards, Lester shifted his focus to building his own character-led stories and worlds. Through JELILO, he blends nostalgia, humour and heart while exploring themes like resilience, hope and community, showing how character IP can grow beyond artwork and become a platform for connection.
