  • Prepare and conduct training sessions, camps and events, through experiential learning tailored to the participants to promote appreciation for the outdoors. 
  • Facilitate group discussions on learning outcomes such as team building and social skills.
  • Conduct activities and debriefs, with a focus on safety, learning and fun to ensure the experience is engaging, meaningful and enjoyable for all participants. 
  • Manage logistics and events, including planning, coordination and execution, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Other supporting duties the company assigns include administrative tasks, equipment maintenance and customer service.

    Entry Requirements
    • Register with the Ministry of Education (MOE) to be certified as an MOE-approved instructor (https://www.moe.gov.sg/education-in-sg/our-programmes/cca/register).
    • First Aid, Singapore National Climbing Standards (SNCS) and Singapore National Abseiling Standards (SNAS) certification will be an added advantage.
    • Outdoor Education (OE) experience is preferred, otherwise, training will be provided.
    • Confidence, as well as good social skills, will help as you will need to interact with diverse groups of people.
