What is River Valley Irregulars (RVI)?

RVI is a platform supporting youth with irregular backgrounds or aspirations by providing opportunities for growth and meaningful collaboration!

 

What is Friday Fries Night?

Friday Fries Night is a bimonthly gathering hosted by RVI - a safe space for youth to unwind, build community and network.

February's session is extra special as we celebrate our 3rd birthday! 🎉 Join us as we come together to mark this milestone with our amazing community of Irregulars. It's the perfect opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate how far we've come together.

Geraldine (she/her) is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of AKAR, a hybrid label that elevates emerging artists through personalised talent management and unique storytelling marketing. She is dedicated to crafting compelling narratives that highlight the experiences of local talent, thereby encouraging greater support for the performing arts.

Magesh (he/him) is a programme specialist at a distribution firm. He is very outgoing and loves to do anything and everything. He was a Normal Technical student, progressed to ITE for NITEC for 2 year and Higher NITEC for 2 year before pursing his diploma at Republic Polyethnic and then completing a bachelors in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at University College Dublin.

Meghana (she/her) is a communications & marketing specialist who’s worked in a multitude of corporate and entertainment industries across Southeast Asia. With experience in various arts sectors, she consults for creative talents on projects, while also working on her own writing endeavours.

Lynette (she/her) is the head of Playlogue Creations, a tabletop game company that’s focused on bringing beautiful, well-crafted games to all. She led the team in setting up the company after a successful Kickstarter campaign for their first board game, Fly-A-Way, in 2021.

Suhaimi (he/him) is a mathematician and economist by education, an educator by profession but more importantly a youth who is passionate about youth development. He believes strongly in the importance of finding the gaps in the overlaps with technology and data as enablers.

Vivian (she/we) is a social artist, soil cultivator, and trauma-informed somatic therapist. She dwells at the intersection of art, ecology and well-being, focusing on regeneration and healing for oneself, communities and the planet.
