Journey of Adulting: Making Decisions & Managing Real Life
About this programme
This programme equips youths with the essential skills needed to navigate real-life responsibilities and make informed decisions. Through realistic scenarios, simulations, and guided discussions, participants explore what “adulting” truly means beyond theory, including managing responsibilities, making trade-offs, and handling uncertainty.
Participants will engage in interactive activities that simulate real-world situations such as managing time, balancing priorities, making career-related decisions, and handling financial considerations. These experiences help them understand that adult life often involves imperfect choices, competing demands, and the need to think critically before acting.
By the end of the programme, participants will develop stronger decision-making skills, greater awareness of the consequences of their choices, and increased confidence in managing real-life challenges. This programme bridges the gap between self-awareness and real-world application, preparing youths to take ownership of their actions and future.
