Community Manager Job Description
  • Create weekly plans for events, content, and activities that will continue to engage the fanbase. 
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external reports about content and infographics.
  • Provide coverage and updates on games during game days. 
  • Promote the active participation of the fanbase.
  • Coordinate with Content Production and Social Media teams to promote the team’s or players’ content. 
  • Regularly gather feedback across various platforms, including social media, forums, and direct communications. 
  • Design innovative engagement strategies aimed at increasing community interaction and loyalty.

Note

Community Managers must engage with the fanbase, attend events, arrange meet-and-greets, and answer any questions fans may have.
