- Monitor the market and conduct Intellectual Property searches to avoid infringement on the rights of others and to identify any unauthorised use of the organisation’s Intellectual Property.
- Negotiate and draft Intellectual Property-related agreements, including licences, non-disclosure and transfer agreements.
