- Conduct programmes based on client needs.
- Collaborate with other organisations to execute the programmes.
- Manage manpower and guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Manage communication and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and implement group and personalised curriculum for clients.
- Perform administrative roles such as maintaining statistics and reports.
